By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Meliora Songs creates personalized digital songs based on customer-submitted memories, stories, relationships, song preferences, and emotional direction.
Songs are digital products delivered online.
2. Order Process
The order process is:
- Customer selects a package.
- Customer completes payment.
- Customer completes the intake form.
- Meliora Songs reviews the details.
- Song production begins.
- Final song is delivered digitally.
Production timelines begin only after both payment and complete song details are received.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Completing the intake form clearly
- Providing correct names, pronunciations, dates, and preferences
- Ensuring they have permission to submit any personal details about another person
- Reviewing delivery messages and responding to clarification requests when needed
Meliora Songs is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, unclear, incorrect, or late customer information.
4. Packages And Pricing
Personalized Song:
₹1,499
Delivery in 3-5 days after complete details are received.
Priority Personalized Song:
₹2,499
Delivery in 48 hours after complete details are received.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed paid orders will follow the price paid at checkout.
5. Delivery
Songs are delivered digitally by email, Google Drive link, WhatsApp, or another suitable online method.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by incomplete details, customer response delays, technical issues, or unusual production complexity.
6. Revisions
Each package includes one minor revision.
Minor revisions may include:
- Small lyric corrections
- Pronunciation guidance
- Minor wording adjustments
- Simple delivery corrections
Minor revisions do not include:
- A completely new song
- A new genre or concept after approval
- Major rewriting from a changed story
- Multiple alternate versions
- Changes requested after the revision window closes
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
7. Custom Digital Product
Each song is custom-created for the customer's submitted details. Because of this, the product is not a standard downloadable item and cannot be returned like a physical product.
8. Intellectual Property And Usage
Customers receive the delivered song for personal gifting and personal use.
Unless separately agreed in writing, customers may not:
- Resell the song
- Claim Meliora Songs' production process or materials as their own
- Use the song for commercial advertising
- Monetize or commercially distribute the song
- Upload the song for commercial exploitation
Meliora Songs may retain internal production materials, drafts, prompts, and operational records.
9. Customer-Provided Content
By submitting stories, names, memories, messages, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and that they do not violate another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law.
Meliora Songs may refuse orders containing abusive, hateful, illegal, explicit, defamatory, or harmful content.
10. AI-Assisted Creation
Meliora Songs may use AI-assisted tools as part of the lyric, prompt, music, and production workflow. We review outputs for suitability, but AI-generated music may have natural limitations.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on the website.
12. Limitation Of Liability
Meliora Songs is not liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, reputational, or consequential damages arising from the use or delivery of a song.
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
13. Third-Party Tools
Meliora Songs uses third-party tools for payments, forms, storage, website hosting, communication, and song production. We are not responsible for temporary downtime, delays, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
