Meliora Songs creates custom digital songs based on each customer's memories, stories, relationship details, preferences, and emotional direction. Because every song is personalized and production work begins specifically for the customer, our refund policy is limited.
1. No Refunds After Production Starts
Refunds are not available once production has started.
Production may include reviewing your intake form, creating lyrics, preparing prompts, generating song drafts, editing, reviewing, or preparing delivery.
2. Refund Requests Within 24 Hours
Refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of payment only if production has not started.

- Name used for the order
- Email or WhatsApp used for the order
- Payment date
- Package purchased
- Reason for refund request
3. Incomplete Customer Details
If the customer does not complete the intake form or does not provide required details, Meliora Songs may pause production. This does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.
4. Revisions Instead Of Refunds
Each package includes one minor revision. If the delivered song needs small corrections, we will use the included revision wherever possible.
5. What Is Not Eligible For Refund
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after production starts
- Incorrect or incomplete details submitted by the customer
- Delays caused by customer response time
- Requests for a completely different song after production starts
- Dislike of a subjective creative direction when the submitted brief was followed
- Missed occasions caused by late order placement or incomplete details
6. Failed Or Duplicate Payments
If there is a failed, duplicate, or accidental payment issue, contact us with the payment reference. Such cases will be reviewed separately based on payment records.
